An example of this is the experience of the model Luisa Cortina, who, when taking her van to the dealership due to a mechanical failure, found it parked a month later in a shopping center in Colombia.
Last Sunday, January 16, the 27-year-old former Miss Colombia shared a story through her Instagram account, in which she detailed to her followers that a month ago she had left her truck at the dealership due to a mechanical failure. and while he was in a photo session, he received a notification on his cell phone that his truck was near the place.
The notification surprised her and at first she thought it was a mistake, because her truck was in the shop, but she didn’t want to stay with the doubt and took the spare key of her truck and went to the place where she indicated that her car was. vehicle.
Arriving at the location indicated in the notification, he confirmed what was impossible: his truck was stopped in the parking lot of the Fontanar Shopping Center in Chía, on the outskirts of Bogotá, Colombia.

After realizing everything, I called the police and contacted the dealership to see what was happening and they sent a legal representative who, I must confess, agreed with me at all times because I was right.
Despite the situation, the concessionaire has not made public statements beyond having sent its legal representatives to the shopping center facilities. For her part, the model has already filed a complaint with the competent authorities.
These things should not happen to anyone, regardless of the car and the brand. This is very important for me to report, not because I want some kind of benefit, but because it is something that people should know.
Given the controversy, it was later learned that the person charged with the company was the person who had grabbed the truck without permission and his excuse for the situation was that he did it to carry out a road test to verify that everything was in order with the arrangements.
That justification was not at all convincing for Luisa, since she assures that when she found her truck, the company manager was at the cinema.
I am not going to receive that trucker anymore, the only thing left is to reach an agreement with the company and make a decision.
