A young woman became famous on social media after she told her testimony about how dealt with anxiety on Instagram. The woman seeks to help others to make their emotional problems visible and face them correctly.
According to the testimony of @ValeMolinaO, the importance of raising your voice in search of mental health professionals lies in the severity of the disease for those who suffer from it, since the main sensation is shortness of breath and insecurity, which can lead to other physical illnesses.

While the young woman was suffering from a crisis, she tried to find the account of a psychologist she was following; however, he could not recall his name and, urging some reassuring advice, sought support from the same platform.
In the Twitter thread, where her story was released, the young woman stressed that not knowing how to manage the situation while she was alone at home, she came up with an idea that relieved her mind and body.
“I looked on Instagram for ‘anxiety’, to see if I found it easier and I got the message that I show you below, in the middle of the crisis I gave him help to see what could happen, I had three options,” said Vale Molina in Twitter

According to the message, the platform offered him three options, the first was to talk to a friend; the second, talk to a volunteer from a helpline; and the third, find another way to feel better.
Although at the time she did not think about whether the service was free or paid, the woman decided to opt for the second option, because the urgency was pressing.
“I gave him that option and a phone appeared to me, I dialed and they cannot imagine how happy I felt to have called,” said the tweeter.
Once requesting the service, which ended up being free, she was answered on the phone by a young man who tried to support her when she needed to cry. After talking for a while and doing breathing and emotional stabilization exercises, he asked her to mediate their problems and talk more calmly about whatever topic they wanted.
“I could never feel so good about looking for that word on Instagram,” he said.
