The Internet user identified as @pancakes_sb indicated in his recording that in the month of February he had bought tickets at the brand to see Alejandro Fernandez in Guadalajara, and he bought them with the Rappi digital card, but when he went to pick them up in downtown Ticketmaster in Puerto Vallarta, they told him that his card was not authorized.

Given that, the employee who attended him at the center explained that he had to contact the brand’s customer service through its digital platforms or even on a WhatsApp channel, but this means did not work for him since he was not attended to nor did he receive a response on his case.
