The expansion of Destiny 2: The Witch Queenwas released a couple of weeks ago, but not all its secrets have been opened or revealed, and that is why we have decided to give you a little help, and share a series of interesting tips and guides on how to play destiny 2 and not die trying, so pay attention, that each one has a reason for being here.
Tips to get the most out of the campaign:
- First of all, you must decide whether to play the campaign on Legendary difficulty, as doing so will come with great rewards as you will get:
- Double loot chests
- A complete set of rare armor (blue)
- A power of 1520 once everything is complete
- Each main campaign mission has generous checkpoints
Season of the Rising Tensions:
To unlock it you will need to complete the Arrival and Relic quests, and then go talk to Ikora Rey after you have crafted your first Glaive. She will give you the Synaptic Spear seasonal artifact and unlock the Rising Tensions quest which will allow you to start collecting the psychogenic information needed for Season of the Risen loot. Whenever you are on patrol in the Throneworld of Savathûn and see an orange-brown Patrol quest icon, do so. Those mini-quests are extremely short and guarantee new Throwe World loot.
Resonant Destruction Public Event:
You will be one of the escorts of a small alien pyramid to a special place so that it can explode, but to make it a heroic event, collect the shiny charges that are occasionally dropped by the Scorn that attack you and throw them at the pyramid, charge it enough times and get additional loot and Throne World reputation from the activity.
Lost Sectors and Public Events are the fastest way to rank up with Fynch:
Fynch is the vendor for Throne World and he offers rewards every time you level up he gives you 1000 reputation, so make sure you have the Wombo Detector Ghost mod equipped to see nearby chests and Foundations deposits that grant 20 reputation each.
Take advantage of these seasonal mods:
Champion mods, take the Anti-Barrier bow, Overload auto rifle/SMG, and Unstoppable Glaive, and for the rest, you’ll want to prioritize Volatile Flux, Suppression Mastery, and Suppressive Darkness, plus Thermoshock Plating is great too, like Font of Might, as elemental wells grant additional damage for combining elemental weapons.
Don’t forget to unlock new Void 3.0 grenades
Void 3.0 has completely overhauled the subclass and it is much better now, you will need to visit Ikora Rey in the Tower and buy them for 3000 Glimmer each. Some new Void Shards were also unlocked after completing the first raid. These cost 100,000 Glimmer each.
