We remove the coriander leaves of the stems, we wash them (and dry them) and we introduce them in the glass of the Thermomix. We program 3 minutes at speed 7 so that they are well chopped. Chop the onion and green pepper and add them to the glass. We chop for 6-7 seconds at speed 5. We lower the remains of the walls of the glass with the spatula.
Cut the avocados in half, lengthwise, remove the bones and remove the meat. We introduce it in the glass together with the juice of half a lime, a pinch of salt and Tabasco sauce to taste, as we like more or less spicy. We crush 5 seconds at speed 3, then we program turn to the left for 5 more seconds. We serve immediately.
