Diego Alberto Hernández Gutiérrez, who was a member of the Ayundatía of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, and who later was coordinator of the Elisa Acuña scholarships for the Secretariat of Public Education (SEP), has now been appointed Secretary of Communication, Diffusion and Propaganda of Morena .
Hernández Gutiérrez assisted the federal president on his tours, for which he received a salary of 45,960 pesos per month.
Hernández Gutiérrez has a degree in Politics and Social Management from the UAM and has worked as an advisor to the National Assembly of Ecuador and in the Sports Commission of the Chamber of Deputies.
He was also a project coordinator at the Secretariat of Social Development of Mexico City.
This appointment comes after a meeting of the members of the National Executive Council of Morena in order to organize the party with a view to the national consultation to revoke the mandate in March 2022.

Defense committees of the 4T have been indicted for treason against Morena in Jalisco
In the urgent meeting of the National Executive Committee of Morena, the appointment of Alejandro Peña Villa as special delegate for the integration of the committees in defense of the 4T was also approved with a view to the consultation to revoke the mandate.
His job will be to integrate citizens who are sympathetic to the lopezobrarista movement, achieve a majority support for the head of the federal Executive and that he can conclude the second stage of his mandate.
However, Peña Villa has been involved in the controversy because various Morena militants in Jalisco have accused him of treason along with the super delegate Armando Zazueta Hernández, for allegedly operating for the Citizen Movement in the past electoral elections.
This fraction has even asked President López Obrador to intervene in their removal, since, they say, they are the cause of the party having had a poor electoral performance.
Peña Villa, a licensed senator, was a substitute for Gabriel García Hernández, who until June served as the national coordinator of the federal government’s Development programs.
Morena also appointed Michelle Alejandra Tejeda Medina, as youth secretary; Tanech Sánchez Ángeles, secretary of Indigenous and Peasants; Tey Mollinedo Cano, Secretary of National Studies and Projects; María Cristina Cruz Cruz, secretary for the Strengthening of Moral, Spiritual and Civic Ideals and Values; Guadalupe Ramos Sotelo, Secretary for the Fight against Corruption; and Carlos Molina Velasco, Secretary of Production.
