With the passage of time, finding animated series from the last century becomes more and more difficult. Although platforms like Netflix, HBO Max and Disney+ make this job not so complicated, there are some productions that are lost in time. Fortunately, some companies are doing their best to redeem this. One of these is Toho, who are ready to release the second season of the animated series of Godzilla For the general public.
For those who don’t know, Godzilla had an animated series produced by Hanna-Barbera, responsible for The Flintstones, which reached television around the world in 1978. This production has 26 episodes. Currently, you can enjoy the first season on Toho’s official YouTube channel. Now, it was recently revealed that after more than 40 years, the second season will be available on this same platform on June 6.
This marks the first time these 13 episodes will be available outside of their original release four decades ago.. Along with this, we must not forget that the Godzilla universe is constantly expanding. After the success that was Godzilla vs KongApple TV + is already working on a new series that will be responsible for expanding the MonsterVerse.

It’s good to see that the preservation of old animated series is still going on. If the animated series had been Japanese, this probably would not have been a problem, but considering that we are talking about a production that was worked on by different companies, surely there were a series of contracts and problems beforehand.
