I don’t know how it took me so long to encourage myself to prepare these gnocchi (or gnocchi) with toasted butter, sage and garlic. We move them well drained, to the pan with the sauce and stir so that they are well impregnated. We serve immediately with Parmesan cheese (you can also use a cured Manchego or Grana Padano) to sprinkle.
