Germany’s Wintershall Dea acquires more than a third of the Hokchi field

Wintershall Dea is the leading oil and gas company in Germany. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.

The operation must still be approved by the National Hydrocarbons Commission and the Federal Economic Competition Commission.
