The beneficiaries whose folios were released on February 2, 2022, may start their process immediately and check if their folios were authorized in the following link: http://inscripcionpuntaje.fovissste.gob.mx/ConsultaPrelacion/ .
Beneficiaries will have 90 calendar days to choose the authorized Department of Housing or the FOVISSSTE mandated financial entity that will coordinate the process of granting their credit, in addition to the fact that once the financing is in the “Final Verification” phase, they will have 30 calendar days for the signing of the Public Deed.
And those who are missing?
With this first release, there is an advance of 49% in the registration process for the 2022 Point System for “Traditional Credits”, since there are already 45,000 applications released in three months, generating an accumulated economic benefit of 35,396 million pesos.
The remaining requests will be authorized in the coming weeks, based on the financial availability of FOVISSSTE.
These released credits correspond to the Credit 2022 program of the Housing Fund, where it is expected to grant up to 58,731 financings for 399,538 million 969,600 pesos.
Of these figures, under the “Traditional Credit” scheme through the 2022 Point System, it is estimated that up to 37,268 financings will be placed for 23,757 million pesos.
