Easy routes for beginners or to go with children
Saut deth Pish: an excursion featuring waterfalls

We start this selection with a route that has an estimated duration of 3 km and can be done in less than 1 hour and 30 minutes. It is a great itinerary to do with children or for those who want to start in the universe of hiking.
The itinerary begins at the Plan des Artiguetes car park, which is very close to El Pont d’Arròs, one of the most outstanding villages in the region. The most attractive thing about this route is seeing the two waterfalls that are the stars of the landscape. A good option is to spend part of the morning doing the excursion and eating at El Pont d’Arròs. Afterwards, we can visit Viella, which is only 7 minutes away by car.

Aigües Tòrtes de Colomèrs: route through a national park

We continue with a slightly longer route, Aigües Tòrtes de Colomèrs is 7.8 km long and can be completed in about 3 hours. This simple circular route will allow us to discover the secrets of the Parc Nacional d’Aigüestortes, a place that offers pastures, green meadows, leafy forests and rivers in which to cool off.
Bohí and Tahull are two towns near the park in which we could stay to develop this excursion. Take note of this: Tahull has two Romanesque buildings declared World Heritage Sites, the Church of Santa Maria and the Church of San Climent.

Following the Footsteps of the Past: a route to admire our legacy

Those who are looking for and capturing a slightly more complex route, but without great difficulties, can choose to follow the path called “In the Footsteps of the Past”. We are talking about an 8.3 km route that can be completed in a little over 3 hours. An plan to go with friends, leave the mobile at the hotel and let ourselves be conquered by hermitages and rivers.
This tour departs from and ends in Les, a small town with a lot of charm where the main square of Haro stands out. Les is in the immediate vicinity of Bossost, a fairytale town with a river included.

Mina Victòria: a zero boring excursion

Now we present a plan that is a bit out of the ordinary, but that is ideal for tourists who are not looking for the “typical”. Those who want an excursion that combines hiking and history, have an appointment with the “Mina Victòria”. The total length of the excursion is 5.1 km and it is estimated to last just over 2 hours.
This route allows to know the working conditions of the miners during the first half of the 20th century and is not suitable for claustrophobics. Arres de Sus is the bucolic town where the itinerary begins, the Font Senill and the Church of Sant Feliu are its most outstanding monuments. In one morning you will have time to walk around the town and make the excursion without much problem.
