Electronic Arts is working on the latest FIFA game to be developed by EA Sports, and it seems that they are looking to say goodbye to the name with their best effort, as they are preparing many things for FIFA 23. This week EA published a video showing some of the new features, such as the option to listen to music during matches.
Through the official Electronic Arts channel, the official EA Sports match experience analysis trailer was published, where we see some of the improvements that were implemented to make the overall experience more realistic. The first thing the trailer shows are the effects on the grass when players slide or fall.

FIFA 23 will be the first EA Sports game to feature women’s leagues, and the new trailer confirmed that it will also be the first to feature female referees for any match. However, a detail that may not be appreciated by everyone but seeks to give the game more realism is the audience in the stadiums.
The audiences we see in sports game stadiums often show the same characters repeated several times, but over the years companies have discovered new ways to hide this detail with creative solutions. Electronic Arts has improved the public of FIFA 23, as it was confirmed that they created more models of bodies, heads, clothing and celebrations.
One of the most interesting additions is that we will be able to deactivate the commentators of the matches, with the option of listening to music during the game. FIFA games often have popular songs in their menus, but FIFA 23 may allow us to play our own songs from other applications such as Spotify.
