    “With this fifth capital issuance, we position ourselves as the company with the most capital issuances in the Mexican market in the last eight years. Having placed 13,000 million pesos during this period”, commented Ávalos.

    Fibra Monterrey currently has a diversified portfolio in Chihuahua, Ciudad Juárez, Monterrey, Saltillo, San Luis Potosí, as well as Guadalajara, Querétaro, Irapuato and Mexico City.

    With this placement, Fibra Monterrey adds a total of 1,255 million Real Estate Trust Stock Certificates (CBFIs). The capital issuance was carried out under the second multi-value program of Fibra Mty approved by the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) for an amount of up to 20,000 million pesos with a term of up to five years.

    The placement intermediaries of the subsequent capital issuance, in addition to the global coordinator BBVA, were Actinver, BTG Pactual, GBM and Scotiabank.
