Feta cheese has become an essential in my fridge. There is no visit to the supermarket in which a package does not fall, which I give out in a thousand ways. Battered and fried, with vegetables en papillote, in a salad and, now, in dip format.
Ideal for mounting a super fast snack, because it is ready in less than 10 minutes. All you need is a blender or a food processor, a handful of ingredients and a side dish of crudités or some bread and the summer snack is ready.
We introduce the crumbled feta cheese and the yogurt in the glass of a hand blender or a kitchen robot. Add the mayonnaise sauce, the garlic clove, previously peeled, the dill, the mint leaves, ground black pepper to taste and a splash of lemon juice. Crush until you get a homogeneous cream.
We test and rectify the point of lemon, herbs, garlic and pepper if we consider it necessary until obtaining the desired result. No need to add any salt as feta cheese already has a high content. Serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready to eat.
