The Chairman of the Board of Directors of HR Ratings, Alberto Ramos, said in a statement that Fernando Montes de Oca helped position the company as the leader in Mexico and that he was a fundamental player in expanding the international presence in the United States, Europe, Japan and Canada.
Ramos also appointed Pedro Latapí as the new CEO, replacing Montes de Oca.

HR Ratings is the first Mexican rating agency that serves more than 480 entities internationally and has more than 1,800 current ratings.
The agency has the authorization of the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV), registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and has a Credit Rating Agency (CRA) certification by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) and by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK.
