The new complex will have two floors, one dedicated to seating and the other to interiors, and will be located in the Nexxus Park, in Apodaca, Nuevo León, 10 minutes from the Monterrey International Airport. The company explained that it will have a total extension of 28,693 square meters of construction, including shared areas between both plants such as the main access, parking, social area and training area.
The plants will generate 1,500 direct jobs and at least 300 indirect jobs; In addition, the company will open the doors to current employees to apply for strategic positions that allow them to acquire and develop skills that allow them to have great professional and personal growth.

In February 2022, Faurecia and Hella introduced Forvia, following the successful completion of the acquisition of a majority stake in Hella by Faurecia on January 31, 2022.
