Personally, I would list the following:
– That, just like that, they begin to grant permits to build all types of housing without clear market support.
– That the government provide bridge loans for housing construction, so that developers such as Urbi, Homex, and Geo, to name a few, begin to report unusual growth in housing construction.
– That the home is not adequately absorbed by the market.
– That housing be rebuilt in unsuitable places.
I am convinced that in order not to stumble over the same stone and to resume growth in housing development, it is necessary to generate trust, legal certainty and absolute respect for the rule of law.
Today more than ever –through housing that generates heritage– it is necessary to promote the formation and strengthening of the middle classes with the capacity to question public decisions, to demand results and the conditions that give them the possibility of enjoying patrimonial certainty. .
