Swedish Elias ymer, number 170 of the ATP, fulfilled the predictions by winning the qualifying round of the Australian Open in one hour and thirty-eight minutes by 7-6 and 6-2 to Jozef Kovalik, Slovakian tennis player, number 149 of the ATP. With this victory, the Swedish tennis player adds new points to his ranking to get to participate in the Australian Open.

In the tournament Melbourne (Australian Open Indiv.
