One of the most discussed changes in the latest version 1.03 of Elden Ring was that nerfed Radahn to make him more “accessible”, apart from also nerfing other weapons and abilities, but it seems that it was a bug. At least that is what the FromSoftware team has implied with the release of update 1.03.3 bringing Radahn back to his full glory. This is one of the most spectacular and demanding fights in the entire game, which presents it as a true Midlands event.
According to the official Bandai Namco website, it seems that the purpose of this update is only to correct this “bug” of Radahn and make his attacks as powerful as ever being able to eliminate you in one hit with that purple shot at the beginning. “Fixed a bug in the balance adjustment of the ‘Starscourge Radahn’ boss in update 1.03, where the power of some attacks was unintentionally reduced,” says the patch notes.
We will see if in the next few days the players do not find any significant change in Elden Ring after this update, which would not be too unusual coming from the Japanese team.
