Yesterday there was good news for fans of this Arc System Works game, as it was announced that Dragon Ball FighterZ will receive rollback network code in some versions.
Yesterday, during the EVO 2022the Dragon Ball FighterZ representative team said goodbye giving good news, as they announced that after releasing the latest update that came to the game a couple of weeks ago they have been working on implementing the rollback network code or rollback netcode.

During EVO 2022 it was confirmed that Dragon Ball FighterZ will receive an update to implement rollback netcode, but unfortunately this improvement will not reach all versions of the game. Update with network code rollback is coming to Dragon Ball FighterZ for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC.
During EVO 2022 it was also confirmed that Arc System Works is not working on new characters or tweaks for Dragon Ball FighterZ, so the netcode rollback update will be the last thing the game receives. The rollback network code is expected to come to Dragon Ball FighterZ next year.
In early June Bandai Namco Entertainment was hacked and the planned release window for the fiscal year 2023 was leaked. This leak revealed several unannounced games that would hit the market next year and one of them is Dragon Ball FighterZ Super, so It seems that Arc System Works is already working on the sequel.
