Disney + just made the renewal of ‘Star Wars: The Bad Remittance’ official for a second season. The news comes just a few days after the premiere of the outcome of the first batch of episodes, scheduled for August 13.
This guarantees the return of the peculiar Clone Force 99 with a new mission of which, obviously, we still do not have concrete details. It remains to be seen that the end of the first season will clarify something about it, but making the renewal official now encourages us to think that they already had something prepared and that the announcement was still a procedure.
We will see her in 2022
At the moment, Disney + and Lucasfilm have not clarified if the second season will also have 16 episodes or if a different formula will be chosen. What they have made clear is that its premiere will take place in 2022, without specifying the exact date yet.
Dave Filoni, creator of the series, has commented after its renovation that “I would like to thank the entire Lucasfilm animation team and I would like to thank Disney + and our fans for the opportunity to continue telling the story of La Remesa Mala.“.
