With this said, it is important to see the profile of digital nomads that in a study of Nomad List, where the platform discovered that the United States concentrates 52 percent, the largest number of digital nomads, followed by the United Kingdom, with 8 percent; Russia, five percent Canada, four percent and Germany, with three percent.

A study of digital nomads came up with an important discovery and that is that this search profile has become a scheme of how valuable it is to have resources that attract attention in the market today, such as those that have to do with the way brands are getting involved in the market.
The investigation carried out by WeWork and Page Resourcingfound that 82 percent of those surveyed said that a flexible work schedule increased their productivity, so it was important for them, at least for 95 percent of generation Y and Z, to have flexible options to be able to Choose a company to work for.
From this figure, another was decanted in the joint study and that is that 23 percent of the millennials surveyed said they were or had been a digital nomad and the main reason they chose this job is because they were looking for new experiences.
With this in mind, an important exercise to consider is evident and it is the one that has to do with the way in which brands are getting involved in these labor market insights, to make decisions that stand out for a very important element and that is the ability to understand the talent.
In addition to this scheme, 90 percent of Mexicans said they were familiar with the philosophy of digital nomads and even said they accepted it because they see it as an opportunity to improve their quality of life, without affecting the achievement of goals, assuming responsibility and fulfilling the obligations. goals.
To this figure, a very interesting one stands out, and that is that 42 percent of the identified digital nomads said that they make trips of one to 14 days, since they have to show up at their workspace at least once a month.
Among the aspects that they considered essential to carry out their job correctly, aspects such as a fast internet connection, comfortable work infrastructure and a space that encourages concentration were fundamental.
As part of this effort, one aspect that we cannot lose sight of today has to do with the ability of brands to get more and more involved with the consumer and not only that, with the interest of achieving increasingly valuable objectives, as those that have to do with the ability to understand the market, as identified by a study of occmundialwhere 47 percent of the employees assured that they do enjoy their work activities in Mexico.
Within this study it was discovered that in addition to 47 percent, 35 percent said they enjoy it on some occasions, 14 percent acknowledged that they do not like what they do and only four percent accepted that they do not dedicate themselves to what they do.
