How was Dídiamant born?
A little over 10 years ago, this brand was born led by Ricardo Villarreal, an entrepreneur and expert in Gemology from the State of Nuevo León. It begins with a new concept of online jewelry and another that is totally personalized that adapts to the style and budget of each client. They currently have a branch in San Pedro de la Garza, Monterrey and for the month of April the grand opening is expected in Bosques de las Lomas, Mexico City
Your experience at London Fashion Week 2023
Dídiamant already has experience on catwalks and international fashion weeks, this time they participated again in a collaboration with Ianndey designers in their line of wedding dresses with five pieces inspired by María Félix. A Lady Di ring and a yellow gold engagement ring were stars on this catwalk!

Where does the inspiration for this collection come from?
”La Doña” was the main inspiration for the designers and for the jewelry house. Strength, luxury, power and elegance were key to the creation of these pieces. They added accessories such as sombreros to give that Mexican detail, while the rings and earrings could give it that elegant and powerful touch.
There were also great challenges…
The jewelers on this occasion could not personally go to London for the show, so they had to send everything to the designers, who felt a great responsibility for the value of these pieces. In addition, when they carry a certain volume for the dresses, it was difficult to move from one country to another.
What’s next for Dídiamant after London Fashion Week?
They are in the process of seeing their next participation in another fashion week and in addition to the remodeling of their Monterrey branch, they are waiting for the opening of their second store in CDMX.
