Once you have known that they are very important, it is essential that you know how you can get them with your diet. The antioxidant par excellence is vitamin C, present in fruits and vegetables, which helps a lot to combat oxidation.

- Vegetables: broccoli, tomato, carrot, spinach and green leafy vegetables, rich in lutein. They are also found in asparagus, squash, kale, bell peppers, and cauliflower.

- Nuts and seeds: such as walnuts, which are rich in vitamin E.
- Infusions: green tea and matcha tea.
- Other foods: chili, cocoa and spices such as cayenne or cinnamon.
