Diablo 4 releases a survey that leaks plans for microtransactions and battle passes
The revealing survey was posted on Reddit by a user who has since been removed from the social network along with the post releasing the survey. However, it is known that the survey was in German, and at the beginning asked the respondent which of the three game options they wanted to purchase, referring to a standard version, a higher than standard version and finally the complete edition as the most expensive version. These options reveal the potential for Diablo 4 to include a variety of different monetized content.
According to the survey, Blizzard would be confirming that Diablo 4 would include battle passes over several seasons, as is well known, this battle pass will reward you for playing and completing challenges. It is also clarified that most of the battle pass rewards would only be cosmetic with no relevance to character stats.
