We are already in the second week of 2022 and we start it with good news, well Return Digital just announced the new Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem, a standalone expansion coming to Steam on PC this month, on January 25, 2022. Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem is being developed by Timelock Stucios In collaboration with Croteam, the managers of the franchise.
A couple of days ago the official Devolver Digital account made a small teaser of the announcement that they just made today, as they published a text saying “What if a new Serious Sam game was announced this week and released this month?”. True to their word, Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem was announced today and is coming to PC in two weeks.

Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem is a standalone expansion featuring dangerous new enemies and bosses, whom you must defeat in the horde mode. According to the developers, some of the enemies are among the most ambitious creatures we’ve seen in the series. Of course the game also features new weaponry, like a new experimental crossbow.

Timelock Studio started this project as a Serious Sam 4 mod, but it grew in scale to become an official independent expansion. Fortunately, owners of Serious Sam 4 will be able to purchase Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem at a discount when it hits Steam on PC.
