Bo Williams, from PhiCube, and Rodrigo Miranda, from Universidad del Bitcoin, spoke with Rodrix Digital on the Bitcoin Block channel, about the perspective of traders in the context of the crypto winter
Rodrix Digital, host of the channel, explained: “Cryptocurrencies emerged in response to market demands. Bitcoin, for example, emerged after another crisis generated by monetary policy and fiat currency. In view of the problem of the lack of scarcity of fiat currencies and the lack of market incentives, it came as a problem solver.”
However, he clarified that the market also has its speculative side, where the purchase and sale of bitcoin is carried out, in the expectation of obtaining more profits in the future. And he clarified: “From this financial operation, the possibility of obtaining profits makes it possible for an investor to earn a living with his operations, which leads to living on the income. A dream that many have, but few manage to achieve. An important factor that acts as a barrier is the human feeling: the emotions”.
“Not surprisingly, one of the best-known books on investor behavior, ´The Zurich Axioms´, shows that a large part of the choices that lead to a scenario contrary to that of profits are human emotions”, he stressed.
