DC League of Superpets is an animated film starring the pets of DC Comics superheroes. A gang that is dedicated to fighting crime, but it wasn’t always like this.
First, only Krypto, Superman’s dog was the superhero pet. But a series of events make other animals gain powers, helping him as a kind of gang. Later they will become the pets of other heroes such as Batman, Green Lantern and Wonder Woman.
This Warner Bros. Animation film is an adaptation to the big screen of the television series super-pets of the children’s channel Cartoon Network. Clearly, with the release of a movie with superheroes and focused on children, a collection of toys could not be missing on hand. We review the latest from Mattel.
The film is available in major theaters, and from this week also on HBO through its streaming platform.

It’s a bird… It’s a plane… It’s Superman and his dog Krypto! Little heroes can recreate the furry action from the DC movie League of Super-Pets with this set of posable figures from Fisher-Price. Kids can spin the Superman figure to pack some impressive punches as they send Krypto ‘chasing’ the bad guys. (Additional figures are sold separately and are subject to availability.) Watch out for kryptonite!
Children can create their own adventures with this set of figures. There is a version that includes Superman, his dog Krypto, and a piece of kryptonite. As well as there are versions of Batman and his pet, or Wonder Woman.
Pets can also be purchased separately, versions where the accessories will change, including, for example, guinea pigs, characters that (if you saw the movie) you will see also have a leading role.
To have a reference, the Superman figure is 15.25cm tall. Krypto stands 10.2cm tall. He moves the arms and legs of the figures to give the game more realism. These toys are aimed at children ages 3 and up, but trust me, an 8- or 10-year-old will enjoy them just as much. To play!
