Maybe you have dedicated yourself to doing basic, classic and intense workouts. However, we are rarely able to broaden the landscape with new challenges that lead us to meet the goal of being fit in a different way. That is why below I present an exercise routine that can be performed in 15 minutes and only requires a cushion to carry them out.
Lifting continues
In supination position, parallel to the ground. Keep your back and lumbar flat on the floor. For this movement, slightly flex your knees to do controlled lifts. To increase the difficulty of the exercise, hold a cushion with your ankles.
Pendulum movement
In this exercise, a balance is performed with the body. So rest your feet on the floor and flex your legs a little. Extend your arms, bringing your elbows at ear level. Take a cushion with both hands to follow the sequence.
Side shrink
Sit on a mat, supporting your buttocks well. Perform lateral shrugs of the legs, holding the cushion with the ankles.
Alternate extremities
Get into a supination position with your legs spread wide. Hold a cushion with your right arm and extend the opposite leg until the limbs are free. Make the movement alternately and controlled. Keep your abdomen contracted at all times.
Alternate iron
To do this exercise, get on the plank and bring one arm forward, touching your hand as far as possible. This movement is done alternately. That is to say with one arm and then the other. It is important to keep the hip in line with the rest of the body and place a cushion on the back for a greater challenge.
