No doubt God of War: Ragnarok is the most anticipated game of the year, which is why some PlayStation fans are worried that the game will be delayed until 2023. However, the director of the first God of War, Cory Balrogtried to calm the fans and asked for their patience.
For just over a week the rumor has been circulating that we would see news of God of War: Ragnarok today, June 30, 2022, but it seems that Sony decided to postpone their plans. This caused rumors of a delay for God of War: Ragnarok to surface, but Cory Balrog’s comments seem to indicate otherwise.

Through his Twitter account, Cory Balrog posted a message to God of War: Ragnarok fans saying that if it were up to him, he would share all the information the moment he finds out about it. Instead, he asks fans to be patient, as he promises to share things as soon as possible.
Cory Balrog’s publication was not enough to calm the fans, as comments from users continued to emerge saying that surely God of War: Ragnarok had been delayed but they are postponing its announcement, to which Cory Balrog denied that this is true. “Why don’t they tell us that God of War: Ragnarok has been delayed?” asked a fan, to which Cory Balrog replied “because it hasn’t been [retrasado]”.
Although we do not know when the release date for God of War: Ragnarok will be revealed, everything seems to indicate that it will arrive this year on PS4 and PlayStation 5. In addition to comments from Cory Balrog, at the end of May God of War: Ragnarok was classified in South Korea, which could indicate that it is in the last stages of its development.
