Season 3 of ‘The Mandalorian’ has made a luxury signing for its cast, since Christopher Lloydthe unforgettable Doc Brown from the ‘Back to the Future’ franchise, has joined the universe starwars. I’m sure you don’t need roads there either.
At the moment it is a secret what role Lloyd will play, but from The Hollywood Reporter they do clarify that it will be a guest star in the series. Come on, don’t be surprised if we only see him in one episode -a bit in the style of Michael Biehn in the second season-, although only his presence in ‘The Mandalorian’ is already an event.
Filming has already started
The third season of ‘The Mandalorian’ is currently shooting in California, so it is likely that we will soon have more news about the new episodes of the series starring Peter Pascal. For now, I see it likely that Disney + will announce its release date sooner rather than later and also that it will be this year.
Of course, before the third season of ‘The Mandalorian’ we will see other series located in the universe created by george lucas. The first will be the long-awaited ‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’, whose arrival at Disney + is scheduled for May 25.
By the way, a little advice. If you were following ‘The Mandalorian’ but haven’t seen ‘The Book of Boba Fett’ yet, you’d better do it as soon as possible, and I’m not saying that because it’s especially good.
