Turn on the oven at 180ºC.
In a bowl, pour the dry ingredients: the chickpea flour, the cocoa powder, the brown sugar, the baking soda, the pinch of salt and the orange zest. Mix until combined. Add the rest of the liquid ingredients: the vanilla essence, the peanut butter and the vegetable drink. With the help of a spoon mix until integrated.
Take portions with a spoon and form balls of the same size, flatten them and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or silpat. On the surface decorate, optionally, decorate with nuts or chopped dark chocolate. Depending on the diameter, between 12 to 15 medium-sized portions will come out.
bake for 15 to 20 minutes until edge is golden brown and center is firm. Let cool on a rack before enjoying.
