As for the chicken, you can use breast fillets or, if you want a little more flavor, use boneless thigh fillets that will be more juicy. To make it homogeneous, it is recommended to chop all the ingredients in cubes or in a julienne, not too fine. In just over 20 minutes, you can have this ideal dish ready to share.
Remove the skin from the chicken and cut it into bite-sized pieces. we left marinate the chicken in a bowl with the soy sauce and sugar, for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, we chop the peppers, the zucchini and the carrot into pieces of similar size.

Return the chicken, add the soy sauce with the sugar from the marinade and the bean sprouts, and We saute everything over high heat so that the vegetables do not lose their texture. In this case I also added some mushrooms that I had in the fridge.
Add a splash of homemade chicken broth, as soon as boil againwe count one more minute of cooking and we run to the table, sprinkling with some sesame seeds on top.
