Chainlink Launches Startup Program to Grant Blockchain Resources to Early-Stage Projects

Chainlink Labs recently announced a program that provides a blueprint to help new crypto projects on their journey of building blockchain businesses.

According to the company, the program called Startup with Chainlink will help founders and early-stage entrepreneurs with free information resources, community groups, and access to mentorship from a group of technical and business experts.

David Post, an executive at Chainlink Labs who helped create the program, mentioned that it will allow startups to access scaling information, trading best practices, webinars, events, and community groups. However, the best projects will be able to access more benefits, such as mentors and venture capitalists. All of these are designed to help new blockchain projects survive in the long run.

“Startup with Chainlink helps founders get it right from the start so they can scale their operations sustainably and become long-term players in the ecosystem.”

While starting a cryptocurrency business can be good for the blockchain ecosystem, doing it poorly gives cryptocurrencies a bad reputation. Aside from that, a lack of ideas can cause employees to quit immediately after seeing red flags.. Because of this, resources from top experts in the space can be very helpful.

Additionally, a program to help startups can help projects focus on creating new designs rather than reinventing existing ones. “Despite the fact that there is a repeatable model for launching crypto projects, too often founders try to reinvent the wheel with critical design decisions”Post said.

Post also believes that the program will have a significant positive impact on the blockchain community as a whole. He explained that:

“The result is a more interconnected blockchain ecosystem based on sustainable projects with stronger community ties. The stability and strength of individual projects will help create a lasting Web3 ecosystem that benefits people around the world.”

In January, The Sandbox launched a startup accelerator program that aims to invest in 30 to 40 companies annually. The firm has partnered with accelerator Brinc to allocate investments to potential projects and provide access to high-profile mentors.
