A Burger King consumer, in CDMX, exhibited an employee of the store, who, without a doubt, has lectured in customer service, demonstrating how other brands should do it.
In the wide universe of social networks, complaints and claims are the content that we constantly see and read every time we open, especially Twitter.
In some ways, it is a valid practice, mainly when users, in their role as consumers, are affected in some way.
That is why, repeatedly, we learn of cases in which consumers are affected in one way or another, either by an error in their products, in some delivery service, or in terms of customer service, which is one of the most recurring complaints.
However, while it is true that every day and every hour we read this type of comment, it is also true that there are cases that mark an exception; that, within all the negative tweets, manages to save the brand for some reason.
This is the case reported by the user @ datyc1003, who, through his profile, revealed the great customer service he received from a Burger King employee. In her tweet, the netizen wrote:

With this, the Burger King employee has shown, on the one hand, how other brands should do it, but also shows that, in terms of customer service, he has taught.
As if that were not enough, in a context where, as we mentioned, there are multiple complaints about the terrible service offered by some workers, the Burger King employee has saved the brand and, without a doubt, has made him score a success.
Let us remember that the pandemic caused by Covid-19 has left great challenges for the general population, which has been increasingly adapting to a much more hybrid system than it was previously.
Given this, social networks became truly powerful platforms and brands, which already had a strong presence in this universe, have tried to get the most out of their different strategies.
Today, we are subject to the conversations that occur on social media. These, in some way, set the tone for what we do not find out through the news, whether on television or on specialized websites.
