Lie down on a horizontal bench, grab the bar off the stand with an open shoulder-width grip. Pull the bar out of the holder and hold it at chest level with your arms fully stretched. From this position, inhale and lower the bar slowly until it burns into your chest. Push the bar back to the starting position while exhaling. That is a repeat.
