The new Mario Strikers: Battle League for Nintendo Switch was announced in February of this year and is only two weeks away from its launch. In order to increase the expectation, Nintendo announced that it is preparing a free trial online from June 3 to 5 and subscribers to Nintendo Switch Online can now download it.
The free demo is called Mario Strikers: Battle League First Kick demo, and is now available to download from the Nintendo eShop on Nintendo Switch. Starting today, Nintendo Switch Online subscribers can start playing the tutorial, in preparation for the event next week.

An active Nintendo Switch Online subscription is required, as the Mario Strikers: Battle League First Kick demo consists of online matches against other players. If you don’t have an active subscription and have never subscribed to Nintendo Switch Online, you can redeem a 7-day free trial to try this and other benefits.
In the games of the demo of Mario Strikers: Battle League First Kick we will be able to form teams of up to 4 players, with the option of two playing per console, and you will be able to face both friends and random strangers.

This is not the first time that Nintendo has released a demo of this type, as we had seen a similar one with ARMS, Splatoon 2 and Mario Tennis Aces. Mario Strikers: Battle League is scheduled to launch on June 10 on Nintendo Switch, so it’s very close to launch.
