Hiring based on the network profile is a debate that arises after Aztec added to a tiktoker to your team that will cover the Oscar awards.

Salinas S. is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Grupo Salinas and presented on his social networks (@SalinasBenjamin, Twitter) the lineup of drivers who will work on the broadcast that the Oscar Awards channel has done for years.

In this alignment are the communication specialist Ricardo Casares, the actor and lawyer Horacio Villalobos; the journalist Linet Puente and the actor Javier Ibarreche, who, thanks to his profile on TikTok, ended up being hired by Azteca, ending the old protocols to get talent in which experience was measured by work in companies and not in videos and influence reached on social networks like TikTok.

“I’m going to the Oscars, I didn’t know what other intro to give to this video, a couple of weeks ago I was organizing a plan of who I was going to see the Oscars with and that’s when I receive a call from Azteca, to tell me that like everyone else the years were going to cover the awards: “we want you to come with us to Los Angeles, you’re going to be on the red carpet fishing for celebrities to see who gives you an interview and then you’ll go up to a terrace and cover the ceremony,” explained the tiktoker by acknowledging that the greatest dream of his entire life will be fulfilled and that it was thanks to the trajectory in TikTok who got this opportunity.

This fact has already generated comments on social networks, where users such as Fanny Maple They wrote the following: “Horacio, I am a fan of your podcast. I just found out that you will work with Javier Ibarreche and I am also a fan of his. It would be great to hear them together in their section to see or not to see since Javier is great and a great movie buff”.

Just as Azteca became a tiktoker, the CM de La Policía, a police agency in Spain, became the community manager of the Presidency, due to the work she has carried out on social networks and which led her to become a trend, due to the creative way in which she manages the accounts.

These cases expose a very interesting element and that is that today more than ever social networks play a key role in the personal brand value of people and thereby consolidate crucial tasks that help to understand how hiring is not only useful to look at growing talent in TikTokbut to the one who stars in an advertising campaign.

All this said helps us understand how valuable it is to create profiles that are increasingly open to social networks and taking advantage of these networks for the communication reach that they allow.
