If applied properly, AI can be a powerful tool to improve productivity and efficiency at work, as it can be used to automate repetitive and even tedious tasks, freeing up time for more creative and important activities. In the same way, it can boost the performance of a specific sector; For example, thanks to speech and text recognition technology, workers with disabilities could be helped to perform tasks that might otherwise be limited. Along the same lines, it has been possible to determine that the use of AI can improve safety in workplaces, by detecting risks and dangers in real time.

However, it is important to highlight that the implementation of AI must be carefully planned and executed, since it is necessary to ensure that employees are properly trained and equipped to work with it effectively. In addition, it will be essential to consider the possible effects of AI on your privacy and security.

On the other hand, AI can also be challenging for staff, especially those in repetitive and administrative roles that are most vulnerable to automation.

Instead, we are likely to see a change in the nature of intelligence, with increased demand for skills that complement intelligence, such as creativity, empathy, and complex problem solving. In addition, it is likely that new charges will arise related to the implementation and maintenance of IT systems.
