What do I need to apply to Segob?
To apply for this vacancy you need the following:
- Verifiable bachelor’s degree in political science and public administration, government and public affairs, public policy, international relations, economics, law or related
- Minimum work experience of five years in areas related to public administration, general economy, social problems, political life, political institutions, international law, national legislation or derivatives
- Leadership, aptitude that will evaluate you through programs and psychometric tests
- Strategic vision
- Being Mexican or foreigner; in the second case, you must have a migratory condition that allows you to carry out work activities
- Not belong to the ecclesiastical state, nor be a minister of any cult; and not be disqualified from public service, or encounter any other legal impediment.
Functions to perform
- Develop methodologies and procedures for the participation of civil society organizations in justice tables in order to strengthen the design
- Establish coordination mechanisms with authorities of the three governmental levels for post-criminal support
- Coordinate the exchange of information with the instances involved with the
reconciliation and justice to have the appropriate instruments with the design and elaboration of policies, programs and support actions that strengthen the activities of the justice tables
In addition, you must gather these papers:
- Copy or original of the INE, or any valid identification document

- Certificates that accredit your experience and professional merits
- Released National Military Service card (in the case of men under 40 years of age)
