Take your company to the next level with the help of experts

Agora Partnerships works with growing small and medium-sized businesses led by women to help them reach the next level. Its model, as we said, is based on training, links and financing through strategic allies.

All this fits into an information exchange platform that allows entrepreneurs to capitalize on their data and access the most valuable commercial and financial markets. This way they will be able to strengthen the value chain of their business.

Juntas Contamos is looking for 4,000 women entrepreneurs in Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala to benefit them by increasing sales, solving challenges with experts, involving the team, belonging to a community, expanding networks and integrating socio-environmental and gender aspects.

“We classify female entrepreneurs into three levels by their annual dollar sales. The first since 25,000; the second from 75,000 and the third from 250,000”, explains the CEO of Agora, Cecilia Foxworthy, a social entrepreneur with a track record of 15 years leading and managing initiatives for strategic growth and innovation.

Participants in the Juntas Contamos program will receive training on different topics, including: innovation, marketing and sales, negotiation, business management, environmental and social sustainability. Apart from investment preparation, process optimization, new channels to grow, data to increase sales and financial education.

“The entrepreneurial ecosystem in Mexico and Latin America must focus on relevant issues such as the digitization of sales processes and channels, value chains, decent work, resilience, gender equality, and ecological innovations,” says the CEO of Agora.

From the launch of the program, the call will be permanent. Applications will be continually evaluated. “Together We Count” is 100% asynchronous because it is international in nature. However, they will invite businesswomen to participate in face-to-face events in each of the countries. Here you can sign up.
