talk about the apps as educational allies and questioning their functionality greatly determines the influence they achieve in the market.
The apps They have become key technology, which helps to understand the market and adapt tasks in it.
There is an increasing challenge to meet educational objectives, as stated by José Inclán, CEO of Inspire.
The education sector faces very important challenges, such as those pointed out in the study “Higher education in India: vision 2040”, where it was discovered that 78 percent of respondents see peer learning as a challenge and online assessment 61 percent.
Jose Inclan, CEO and founder of the apps Inspire, talk about the challenges of mobile apps in the education sector.
José Inclán – We know that, especially in public schools, remote classes have represented a challenge for parents, students and teachers, especially now that the 2020/2021 school year will begin completely remote.
We want to make a difference in the lives of children and young people and we know that in Mexico and Latin America there is a great opportunity to increasingly include the population in a global/digital world. We see the possibility of helping more and more people add tools to their lives and daily processes that make their day-to-day life easier, we focus on what we can do and we have the firm conviction that we can help the future of Latin America.
The involvement of parents in their children’s education is key to a successful education where children maximize their use and continue their studies, that is why Inspira was born, a completely free app that does not require any type of investment by Part of the schools or parents, we have training and technical support that seeks to increase the functionality of our service so that communication between the educational community is not lost and this remote modality is carried out successfully. Through the app you can share news, multimedia content, events, etc. without this information competing with other more informal conversations.
Merca2.0 – Apps have become great allies during this contingency and in educational matters they are a great opportunity. What else have these developments represented in the moments we live in?
JI – The digital communication channel has been the great protagonist in this pandemic in which we find ourselves. Despite being distanced, people continue to be “connected” with their social network through technology. We have rethought the use of social tools in order to adapt to our new reality.
Merca2.0 – From your experience building this app, what recommendation do you give to marketers at this time when distance education is an opportunity both to learn and to develop projects?
JC – We focused on this project because we think that in a few years when all this has happened, we would ask ourselves, what did we do during the pandemic? Knowing that we put our specialty and the resources we have into a solution that encompasses our genuine interest in education, is what set the tone in the next steps.
I think the most important thing to keep in mind is that at times like this, that’s when the real need to find solutions arises, if we think our goal is to find a way to sell something, it’s going to be more complicated and less genuine than if our objective becomes the question how can we help with the resources we have?
