Apple Fitness + sessions will reach 15 more countries!
During Tuesday’s keynote, Apple also shared news regarding one of its newest services. Thus, the company has confirmed that Apple Fitness + will have a presence in 15 more countries, including Spain, which will arrive at the end of this year.
In addition to Spain, the new countries to which Apple Fitness + will join are Austria, Brazil, Colombia, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates. The update will also bring group workouts with SharePlay, where users can train with up to 32 people at a time to keep each other motivated.

During the event, Jay Blahnik, Apple’s senior director of Fitness Technologies, described some benefits of this service and announced two new disciplines available. In this way, guided meditation and Pilates sessions join the program offerings, led by new and renowned trainers in both disciplines.

In the meantime, pilates will arrive to complement the offering of a new type of low-impact training, giving users more options to maintain and improve their strength and flexibility. All Pilates workouts will last 10, 20, or 30 minutes.
