Chord is a manufacturer that has portable DACs in its catalog and with the Chord Anni the company is committed to a desktop amplifier that is capable of working with both headphones and speakers. A model that is also compatible with High Definition sound.
Compact and powerful
Del Chord Anni the company says “is the most advanced compact amplifier”. A small model that becomes the company’s first desktop integrated amplifier and that offers measures of 160 x 42.50 x 96.60 millimeters and a weight of 625 grams.
This model is capable of delivering 10 watts of amplification to headphones and speakers via the 3.5 mm, 6.35 mm jack and 4 mm speaker connections. It offers a power of 10 W at 8 ohms, a TDH of 0.02%, a noise level of -110 dB and a frequency response that goes from 5 Hz to 60 Khz.
The Chord Anni is based on the Ultima platform found in Chord’s high-end mono and stereo amplifiers. Thanks to the connections it offers, the Chord Anni allows you to connect two devices at the same timesuch as a record player or CD player.
Regarding headphones and speakers, the firm announces that the Chord Anni is capable of working with speaker and headphones, from the most compact to those that require more power. In this sense, the Chord Anni makes use of a 15 V power supply and has a 12 V DC output.
