As we already know, MIUI 12 hides within it a number of functionalities that sometimes we are not even aware of. In this case we are going to tell you everything about the so-called “Sleep mode”, a way that will allow us to access functionalities as advanced as the recording our snoring and recording at what exact time of the night it took place.
To be able to access all of this, just we will have to have a Xiaomi phone updated to MIUI 12 and the Health application installed on our device which, we explain in detail below.
How to access sleep mode in MIUI 12
In order to access these functionalities, it will be necessary to have the Xiaomi Health application installed on our phone, which we can download easily and safely from app repositories such as APKmirror.
Once we have installed this application, We can start it by configuring all its operation thanks to our Xiaomi account that we have previously created and that it will be used to be able to synchronize all the data generated as a result of the different health examinations available.
Once inside, we just have to access the “Sleep” section and start configuring the different functions that it offers us. For example, we can easily activate the option to detect snoring by giving permission to access the microphone by the application. With that, MIUI will be able to record and store the different voice recordings of our snoring being able to check all our nocturnal activity afterwards.
Another interesting function is to be able to program our sleep. With it, we can indicate to the phone at what time do we start the dream and what time do we end it so that it automatically activates the do not disturb mode so that nothing interrupts our night rest.
With all this, we can have a much more complete analysis of our dream regarding what other products can offer us, such as a Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 6, having reports with information as interesting as:
- Sleep information for the day, week and month
- Hours of deep sleep, light sleep, and waking times throughout the night
- Total hours of sleep
- Total time we have snored
- Recordings of those snoring
