In it, Google usually reveals different news related to software, such as the new version of Android or new AI products. The big G, however, also takes advantage of the initial I/O event to announce some hardware products, and everything indicates that this year will be no different.
The leaks, in fact, have advanced some of the devices that we will see announced during Google I / O. Google is expected to introduce the expected folding pixelwhich could arrive with a design very similar to the Galaxy Z Fold 4. Also a new mid-range smartphone: the Pixel 7awhich would improve some of the features of its predecessor while maintaining practically the same design.
The I / O of 2023, on the other hand, could be the date indicated for Google to finally announce the commercialization of the pixel tablets, whose launch took place last year. Let’s take a look at the devices we are likely to see during this conference.
The Pixel Fold could debut at Google I / O

That same day, the pre-sale will begin exclusively in the Google store, and later, on May 30, in authorized stores and distributors. It will not be until June 27 when Google’s folding is officially available.
Regarding the characteristics, the Google Pixel Fold is expected to arrive with a “book-type” format, where its flexible screen folds and unfolds horizontally, as if it were the cover of a book. It will also have two panels: an internal one of 7.57 inches, and an external one of 5.79 inchesas revealed by the portal 9mobiles.

Google could also announce the Pixel 7a



Another of the big Google I/O hardware announcements will be the Pixel 7a. The Pixel 7a, specifically, would cost $499; 50 euros more than its predecessor, and it will arrive with an identical practical design. Its specifications, yes, will be slightly higher.
The Pixel 7a is expected to arrive with the SoC Tensioner G2the same processor that the Pixel 7 and 7 Pro include. It would keep the 6.1-inch screen, but with a rate of 90 Hz vs. 60Hz for the Pixel 6. Camera specs aren’t clear, but it will pack two sensors: a wide-angle and an ultra-wide. The Pixel Tablet could finally go on sale

This, however, has not yet been officially released, and although there is no rumor to confirm it, Google could do so after this year’s developer conference. Its price, in fact, has already been leaked: it would cost between 600 and 650 euros.
As for the specifications, the Pixel Tablet will have a 10.95 inch screen; most likely with a QHD + resolution and a refresh rate. It will also include the first generation Tensor processor and will be available in two versions of internal storage: 128 or 256 GB.
The Pixel Tablet will also come with a speaker stand to use the tablet as a home media center. This will be sold separately, and It will be priced at about $120.
Will we see the Google Pixel 8 and 8 Pro?
