Nor have they been able to verify expenses to Fodepar: Sergio Fabián Escalante Miguel, Modern Pentathlon coach, with a debt of 5 million 526 thousand pesos, as well as Rolando Soler White, Florete’s coach, with a commitment of 4 million 369 thousand pesos.
There is also Alejandro Gutiérrez López, who was discharged as a high performance coach without being one and was paid as such, and reports a debt of 4 million 066 thousand 846 pesos to Fodepar, which has already been extinguished.
Alejandro Gutiérrez López worked as an assistant to Israel Benítez, former deputy director of Quality for Sports at Conade, one of Ana Gabriela Guevara’s closest collaborators, as well as he was in charge of delivering Fodepar money to athletes, coaches, methodologists , doctors and staff personnel.
On August 13, 2020, the Ministry of Public Function (SFP) dismissed the deputy director of Quality for Sport of the National Commission for Physical Culture and Sports from his position for giving privileges to his subordinates, who were not high-performance athletes.

There is also Óscar Francisco Salazar Blanco, taekwondo coach of the Egypt team (which won medals in Japan), with a debt of one million 880 thousand pesos.
