On many occasions we have been photographed in which, due to a bad position of the photographer, problems with the framing or due to the number of people posing for the image, they have cut off our arms or legs. In the near future, that capture problem will be solved with an artificial intelligence (AI) that is developing Adobe.
The San Jose, California-based software company has one of the most widely used software suites in the world, including applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Animate, and more.
Although with a platform like Adobe Photoshop we could try to fix a cropped photo, the artificial intelligence in which the company works supposes another level in the editing of images.
The promising Project All of Me
Adobe usually gives its tools very creative and characteristic names and this software is no exception. According to the report published on the website of computer todayis named Project All of Me.
Currently, this new program is under development, so its operation is not optimal yet. Nevertheless, the report ensures that the results are convincing for developers.
Within the framework of the Adobe Max event, the company presented Project All of Me, its promising project that allows, through artificial intelligence, recover the legs in cut photographs.
The AI is the key to this program, taking care of the reconstruction of lost or severed limbs. It also generates a background that almost completely resembles that of the original photo and offers a series of options for the padding of the images.
Project All of Me doesn’t have a release date yet, but it will almost certainly be part of Adobe’s increasingly complete suite for photography lovers.
