When NBA basketball was not yet powered by Nike technology, Adidas was among the most popular brands, along with Converse. In the 80s, Adidas Harlem they became one of the silhouettes best appreciated by the figures.
Forty years later, the company with the three stripes is preparing for the return of these classic sneakers, in the 2023 version of the Adidas Harlem.

The specialized portal Hypebeast notes: “The 1980s basketball shoe has been revisited with close proximity to the original, while keeping all the signature details.”

This model is made of a white leather upper, with rubber sole and synthetic lining, as well as lace-up closure. It also has beige suede fender liners.
The three stripes show different shades of blue, one darker, another king, and another light.
The sole technology is Adidas Centennial Low, that give the user comfort and agility in equal parts.

The Adidas Harlem were launched this Tuesday through the official website of the company and in selected retail stores, worth $110. Although they are no longer available on the portal, there is hope for a soon relaunch.
