Espinof recommends…
‘Gora Automatikoa’
- directed by David Galán Galindo, Esau Dharma, Pablo Vara
Half kidding with friends, half protesting the condition of animated cinema in Spain, ‘Gora Automatikoa’ is a fabulous film that makes fun of everything and everyone, including themselves: a self-conscious nonsense made exclusively to win the Goya, and that it was self-prophetic. One of the rarest (and freest) films of the Spanish audiovisual in recent years, only suitable for those who do not take anything seriously at all. Wonderful.
